1- Attending HikeMania Club trip means you have read, accepted and will abide by HikeMania Club terms and conditions.
2- Attending HikeMania Club trip means you are accepting any possible risks exists during the trip. Please don't place expose others in undue risky situations.
3- Attendees less than 18 years are not allowed to attend without a first-degree relative adult.
4- You can bring any number of guests as long as they are all registered before the confirmation Deadline and their tickets fully paid.
5- You have to wear proper outfit, for walking and camp-out - it is advised to wear hiking or sport style shoes.
6- Any Public discussions or signs/sentences on the T-shirts related to Politics and Religion are not allowed during the trip.
7- Public display of intimacy not permitted - abide by the Laws and cultural Guidelines of Saudi Arabia.
8- Any type of Drugs or Alcohols are not permitted during the trip. (excepting coffee)
9- Smoking is not allowed during the hike.
10- No Shows, if not properly justified, will be expected to pay the fee, and may result in a ban to attend
11- It is not allowed to throw any garbage at the camping / hiking site (Bottles, bags, paper, tissue) but organic waste is ok
.
12- Photography/videos/social media sharing is allowed during the trip however it is not allowed to show other attendees without their permission.
13- You have to follow the steps and instructions of the Camp & trail leader and Guides.
14- You have to respect the other members privacy and any reported abusing of this for other guests will result in an immediately ban from the future attendance.
15- We provide buses for all members, however if you want to go by your private car, it is under your responsibility to follow the bus and reach the camp and go back to the city safe.
16- The trip specifications may be changed on the trip day without further notice.
